All Rubberpigs gear is individually hand made by either Paul or Bart at their Manchester workshop, we love what we do and will work seven days a week to ensure that you receive gear that is unique and personal to you, we do not outsource. In order to provide this individual and personal service production times may be slightly longer during busy periods. We take the time to produce an individual pattern that is as individual as you are.

Rubberpigs Rubber uses a variety of different shipping methods depending upon destination. We strongly advise AGAINST sending goods to a work place, we are unable to accept any liability for goods posted to a workplace and subsequently become lost.
To ensure privacy all items are shipped without any visible reference to Rubberpigs although a signature is required upon delivery, any items lost or damaged will be replaced, refunds are only provided upon confirmation and acceptance from the delivery agent of such a claim.
Import duty if applicable is payable upon receipt, for returns any postage is payable by the customer.

"Last year, the UPU agreed to allow the US to set terminal dues/prices themselves from 1 July. This met the US administration's stated objective - to increase how much they charge other countries for delivery. It averted their threat to leave the global network. It will see a significant increase of over 100% in the the rates we pay for last mile delivery in the US from 1 July."
In view of this Royal mail has significantly increased its charges to USA, we therefore recommend contacting us for any orders to USA, prior to placing the order and we can advise on postal charges
