Delivery times may vary dependent upon the courier used, regrettably delays may occur which are outside of our control, any item not received 28 days after expected delivery date will be passed to the appropriate handling agent for their investigation, refunds are only provided upon confirmation and acceptance from the delivery agent of such a claim
Rubberpigs uses a variety of different shipping methods depending upon destination. Tracking details are provide with all orders - in the event that the delivery agent is unable to deliver the order and it is returned to sender an additional postage fee will be charged for the item to again be posted.
We strongly advise AGAINST sending goods to a work place, we are unable to accept any liability for goods posted to a workplace and subsequently become lost. To ensure privacy all items are shipped without any visible reference to Rubberpigs although a signature is required upon delivery.

All international deliveries are sent by recorder mail, exclusive of UK VAT

Please note we are unable to accept return on Express orders
Adult toys; these must be returned unopened and in original packaging. We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.
We comply fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 13th June 2014 & Consumer rights Act 2015
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforce ability of the remainder.
Note All Rubber clothing on this site is bespoke, we are a manufacturer not a stockist or retailer. All rubber and latex clothing and rubber or latex accessories including masks, vacbeds, bondage and sleep sacks on this site are custom made to your colour, measurements, and other custom options and as such are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are can not be cancelled.
As Latex is worn next to the skin for hygiene reasons we will not accept returns unless deemed by us to be faulty due to material quality or faulty workmanship. Please refer to Garment Care Instructions as we will not be held responsible for damage to goods caused by rough treatment or incorrect care.
We cannot be held responsible if you have not measured correctly so please check measurements carefully. .
For Goods covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations CCR you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 days of your receipt, please obtain proof of posting to confirm your return has been within this 7 day time scale. Items returned after this period will not be accepted. When returning an item clearly mark the package as a "RETURN" as we are not responsible for any customs duties imposed and these are payable by the customer. Any goods returned must be unused, in original sealed packaging and should be in saleable condition and unless faulty and postage will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. We strongly recommend using an insured, fully trackable postal service for this.
Items should be returned with all original packaging in the same condition as it arrived.
